Freight shipment information for curbside delivery
Pool tables are shipped via
curbside shipping. Delivery will be done by a common carrier truck. The driver
is only responsible for delivering the pool table to your curb. A
delivery appointment is scheduled by the freight company via the phone number
you provide in your order. No delivery should be made unless an appointment is
set. The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading the pool table
order. Any additional services such as two-man delivery, lift gate service, or professional assembly are
not included in the price of the freighted pool table item. The cost of these
additional services varies from city to city. You may purchase these additional services directly from the freight company if you choose. Professional assembly is recommended to ensure proper leveling and play of all pool tables (outdoor pool tables are already fully assembled.) Please call our customer service department, we can recommend a professional assembly company in your area.
